Building teams with active events and interactive trainings

McClure Professional Services offers a variety of activities and challenges to help teams of people from teens to executives improve their communication and cooperation as well as enhancing team dynamics.

We use a variety of tools and modules to accomplish your objectives, which we learn in consultation with you.

We have served grassroots non-profits and large corporations with over 700 hours at 30+ locations with over 50 organizations/companies while serving over 3,000 people!

Most of our events are customized…

…to fulfill your goals, using all those activities and challenges we’ve developed over the years!

We present your team with problems to solve, obstacles to overcome, communication challenges to navigate.  All of what we lead is interactive and engaging for all participants.

We are ‘mobile’ with all our activities, having served groups in some 40 locations over the last decade.

We begin with a consultation to learn your existing dynamics and demographics and to hear your goals for the event, as well setting all the details in place.  Then we design the event and bring it to your team!

Feel free to contact us by EMAIL to begin the process for your team!

I am also excited to offer workshops/retreats based on the principles of ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’ by Patrick Lencioni.

I can conduct events for a single team… OR… a group of leaders from various businesses and/or departments.  Expected outcomes are significant with deepening trust, healthy debate for best ideas and practices, heightened accountability, and a strong focus on results.

Our clients include:

Golden Living, Baldor, Leadership Fort Smith, Marriott Courtyard, Arvest, University of Arkansas Fort Smith, Mars Corporation, Leadership Russellville, The Fort Smith Housing Authority, plus a number of schools serving both students and faculties, and others!

Feel free to contact us for a great half-day, full day, or overnight retreat:
